I had a fantastic stay at this hotel beside the river with a great view. The location is amazing, right on the beautiful riverside, just a short walk away from the old town center. The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with separate toilets from the shower and enough space for medium-sized luggage. The breakfast provided was also a nice touch, making it a great value for money.
All was amazing, there was nothing to complain about.

This accommodation is conveniently located near the main train station, making it easy to get around the city. the room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing useful recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. In terms of amenities, there was a fitness center and a relaxing outdoor terrace. the breakfast served was delicious with a wide variety of choices.
That there were a few language barriers with some of the other guests staying there who struggled to communicate with the staff.

The provided breakfast was a great start to the day and was clean and fresh, a bonus for budget travellers. the location was perfect, situated in a calmer area but still close to key attractions like museums and the Main river. there was good safety in place for solo travellers.
The noise levels were a bit high at night especially when people were socialising in the courtyard. the lack of soap in the toilets was disappointing and is a basic necessity that should be provided.

I got great value for my money with clean rooms and friendly staff at Jugendherberge Frankfurt - Haus Der Jugend. The location was wonderful, with a beautiful view of the Main River. Although the S-Bahn station was a bit far, the tram stop was conveniently close.
One thing that could make the breakfast even better at Jugendherberge Frankfurt - Haus Der Jugend is to add a water machine for cold and hot water.

The location of the hotel was far away from the main station, making it inconvenient for transportation. the wifi only worked in the reception area, making it difficult to use in the rooms. there were some positives to note about the hotel. It was close to some good restaurants and had a great view of the Main river with all the museums nearby. the staff provided towels and the room was clean. the breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh baked bread.
There was a lack of sound isolation in the rooms, resulting in a noisy environment at night.

We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel, with modern facilities and rooms that had sinks and lockable closets. Breakfast was included, and we found the food to be varied and delicious. The staff was helpful and accommodating, providing us with information and allowing us to store our luggage after check-in. The location, while not close to the train station, was easily accessible through public transportation and was within walking distance to many famous tourist attractions.
Nothing not too like.

The weekend was salvaged by a nice and helpful young lady at the reception, who clearly had some kind of people skills training as she was the only staff member who smiled and was willing to help us with directions. The pillows were surprisingly fluffy and comfortable, which is not something we expected from a hostel. The complimentary coffee and tea were a great addition, as we could enjoy them while admiring the view from our room's window.
The entire experience was tarnished by a few negative aspects. the noise levels were unbearable.
